The Trottier Energy Institute offers several scholarships to support students embarking on research projects related to sustainable development and energy. The main one is the Trottier Scholarship, managed entirely by the IET, which is awarded annually. The IET also contributes to the funding of several UPIR scholarships at Polytechnique Montréal, and helps organize the Hydro-Québec scholarship competition.
This program is intended for students from the three Campus Montréal institutions (Polytechnique Montréal, HEC Montréal, Université de Montréal) who are starting a graduate program - Master's research or PhD only - in a field of research compatible with the IET's mission, namely the development of sustainable solutions to secure our society's energy future.

Doctorate, amount per year over 3 years
