Regional workshops were organized to bring together specialists and stakeholders from academia, governments, indigenous communities, and industrial sectors that process or use biomass resources. Stakeholders that participated at the workshops, shared their knowledge and experience to identify elements that they consider as priorities or as neglected issues in the biomass industries. These networking opportunities allowed us to advance the reflection on certain neglected questions in different provinces and sectors.
